About the Founder

The founder of Al-Fikr Academy; Aman Alzaim was born and raised in Damascus, one of the world’s oldest and most culturally rich cities. With a deep-rooted passion for the Arabic language, she pursued a Civil Engineering degree at the University of Damascus, followed by professional teaching certifications, including:

ESL (English as a Second Language) – Algonquin College, Canada
ASL (Arabic as a Second Language) – Attanal Al-Arabi International Proficiency Certification

With over 20 years of teaching experience and a background in curriculum development for languages and mathematics, Aman Alzaim has designed Al-Fikr Academy’s program to combine academic excellence with cultural immersion.

Our vision is to make Arabic accessible and engaging for students around the world.
